Cooper is a super cool 4 year old pug mix who found himself at the shelter through no fault of his own - his owner passed away 
So lets keep his stay at the SPCA a short one -
Want to make an appointment with the SPCA of Anne Arundel County to meet and adopt Cooper? Animal Viewing at the Main Shelter is available Tuesday - Sundays from 11a-4p. Small animals and cats can be viewed at the Paws at the Mall boutique in the Annapolis Mall! If you are interested in meeting or adopting an animal, you can find out more about their adoption process here.
