Jake is an adorable loving Shih Tzu who has been through a lot in his short 2 years of life.

 

 

After a ruff start - Jake's looking for a second chance and comfy bed to lay in. With a lot of TLC and patience, we have no doubt that Jake will be happy and healthy in no time!  Look at how quickly he warmed up to the lovable Rob Timm during his visit to the station! 

 

 

Due to his recovery and transition - Jake's not availble for regular viewing at the SPCA ... But if you are interested in viewing or adopting him, you can  submit an Adoption Application online (click HERE). After it has been processed, a representative will contact you if it looks like a good match!

Why not make an appointment with the SPCA of Anne Arundel County to meet and adopt Jake today. Animal Viewing at the Main Shelter is available Tuesday - Sundays (hours below). Small animals and cats can be viewed at the Paws at the Mall boutique in the Annapolis Mall!  If you are interested in meeting or adopting an animal, you can find out more about our adoption process here.
