Due to new restrictions placed by the State of Maryland, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County is CURRENTLY CLOSED to the public. But that doesn't mean they have stopped their mission of caring and finding homes for the 600 animals they are currently sheltering ... like Shiloh - who they just recently pulled from a high kill shelter
