Due to new restrictions placed by the State of Maryland, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County is CURRENTLY CLOSED to the public.
Their dedicated staff is still offering emergency services (including Animal Surrender, Euthanasia, and Cremation) by appointment only. You can call 410-268-4388 for information.
Animal viewings and adoptions are TEMPORARILY PUT ON HOLD (Thank you for your patience and understanding) but they still need donations - in the form of NEW cans and bags of food, toys, and other supplies. Any donations should be dropped off in the shelter's designated area outside of the shelter building. You can also make a cash donations HERE - which will help keep the shelter running.
If you are interested in adopting an animal during this time, with public viewing for animals closed, you can look at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County's website for your potential new best friend to meet once they open back up!
As the situation develops, we will continue to provide updates and notify you of any changes. Please know, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County is providing the same love, care and attention for our animals that we always do.
