Shane Hawkins - son of the late Foo Fighter Taylor Hawkins, honored his father over the Fourth of July weekend by joining LA bad The Alive on drums for a cover of Foo Fighters’ “My Hero”.
Video from the Laguna Beach (where Taylor gre up) block party has surfaced with captions like - “When Taylor Hawkins’ son gets on the drums and dedicates the song ‘My Hero’ to his dad", “The hawk would’ve been proud” and “not a dry eye in the house”.
