We all seem to have a favorite dish at our favorite Annapolis restaurant ... Maybe it's the Chicken Pot Pie at Julep ... or the Brussels Sprouts at Level: A Small Plate Lounge ...
Well now, thanks to a new cookbook titled Dine Out In Annapolis While Eating In (pre-orders available here) from Danielle Lundberg - an Edgewater based food photographer and blogger - you can now make the signature dishes from some of your favorite Annapolis restaurants - at home.
Yes - some of the town's best chefs have pulled the curtain back and shared their secret recipes for this project - and it's for a great cause. Proceeds from the cookbook will benefit the amazing charity - Feed Anne Arundel - that is distributing financial dotations to local restaurants so they can prepare and distribute meals to those in need.
More than 30 local restaurants contributed recipes to the book, including Level: A Small Plates Lounge, Soul, Julep Southern Kitchen, Boatyard Bar and Grill, Vin 909, Annapolis Market House, Luna Blu, Stan and Joe’s, Black Wall Hitch, In Grano, Park Tavern, Caliente Grill, Preserve, Pussers, and Broadneck Grille.
The cookbook will be shipping in March - but you can pre-order your copy HERE
