This past weekend - Green Day unveiled a new single - Here Comes The Shock - during an NHL Hockey broadcast.  

 

Sure the two-and-a-half-minute track is fun and full of anthemic hooks - sure to be a hit when Billy, Tre and Mike are  able to hit the road again (this summer?)  - but it's the “punk rock aerobics” video by Hilken Mancini and Punk Rock Aerobics that we love ... cause our Billy Blanks tapes are getting stale.

Green Day is set to retry their Hella Mega Tour with Weezer and Fall Out Boy this summer - and will hopefully be in DC on August 8
