When the pandemic started, Buddy Clements' family knew they needed a way to keep him active and positive.  

 

Clements, who is 90 years old, had recently lost his wife of 57 years so his family decided to keep his spirits up by letting him do what he loves to do - entertain.  They began learning dances and posting them on the popular social media channel - TikTok.  

 

The silly dance videos received great reception but his daughters say they didn't expect  the videos to go viral - some have over 200,000 views! 

 

Clements' daughter, Lisa Colmus, says seeing his enthusiasm and moves at 90 is equally impressive and inspiring!
