When the COVID-19 sanctions on large gatherings are lifted and we are able to go to concerts again - it looks like there will be one more show space in Baltimore.
Brian Recher confirmed Friday that he plans to re-open The Recher Theatre music venue in Towson - reb-randed as Recher 2.0 - sometime this fall. The venue closed in 2013 and was converted to a dance club.
The project is in the early stages, but buzz of the 700 person music venue is strong - with people reminiscing about shows they saw at the venue - including Citizen Cope, The White Stripes, Silversun Pickups, They Might Be Giants, Good Charlotte, and so many more.
