They Might Be Giants postpone DC 'Flood' shows due to coronavirus

With growing concerns over the coronavirus - They Might Be Giants have announced the postponement of a string of  their Flood 30th Anniversary shows - including their three sold out shows in Washington DC at The Lincoln Theatre and 930 Club 

 

The band's statement:

 

“Hello friends. As The World Health Organization has declared the coronavirus a pandemic, we are taking this information as our cue to reschedule our March and April shows to later in the year. While we have not been instructed by any authority, we feel it is the responsible thing to do. Our concerts in NYC, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC have all been moved to September and December. Your current tickets will be honored for the new dates”


Here are the new dates they reference : 

 

  • April 8 at The Lincoln Theatre is rescheduled for December 10
  • April 9 at The Lincoln Theatre is rescheduled for December 11
  • April 10 at 930 Club is rescheduled for December 12


 

The band's show at Baltimore's Rams Head Live for September 10th is still on and tickets are still available
