In case you missed it while you were in an Easter Candy Sugar Coma - Brandi Carlile and Dave Grohl showed up at Seattle's Pike Place Market with Carlile’s twin backing guitarist/vocalists, Phil and Tim Hanseroth and treated shoppers a 15- to 20-minute acoustic set - that included a cover of The Beatles’ “Let It Be” and a rendition of Foo Fighters’ “Times Like These”.

 

Carlile, a native of Ravensdale, Washington, decided out of the blue to visit her old busking haunt, and invited her friend Dave to join her on her nostalgic joureny .... Gee, I wonder where she got the idea for a Pop Up Show ?
