Penni is Blue/Tan Chihuahua ... that if bought from a puppy store or breeder can cost up to $10,000!  But this sweet little 8 month old is up for adoption at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County 

 

 

Penni came to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County after being rescued from a puppy hoarding situation in West Virginia. 

 

Penni is a very sweet, loving and playful pupper  .. who will even have some siblings at the shelter soon!
